I think the silver dollars are a beautiful keepsake so I have bought them for my children and grandchildren until they are about 20.I hope they will keep them for some time but if they need money badly they will be able to get cash for them.

I got this for my father who started flying in 1942. I liked the history entwined with the design. But, due to his eyesight I had to type up the enclosed description in larger font so he could read it. It seems like a pricey gift for a dollar coin, but, it is very shiny, and will have meaning for my father.
