Comments about Royal Canadian Mint 22-Karat Gold Coin - Petroleum and Oil Trade (2010):
This is a half of an oz (.56) of gold, with a nice design (petrol - source of wealth in Prairies.) It's a fat coin, more than twice the width of the other 24 karat one. This one is 22 karat, which is great. It's over 12 times heavier also. Also, the looks are superior. For me, 18 karat or more is the minimum in a coin, and this is verified in the marketplace in Europe, Middle East, India, Portugal, as what is acceptable. It's 41% less costly than the 1 oz 24 karat wafer, which has more gold content, and is 44% heavier, but has better looks. The black oil laser etching it redundant, but ... has the added humor.
